2. Products: prices and features

2.1
All prices published include VAT and RAEE. The prices of products from time to time published cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to availability of products. Maruelli s.a.s reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of products posted on its website or in brochures and advertising material.

Product images are indicative and not binding.
2.3
The Products are not provided on trial. The Customer is responsible for choosing the products ordered

3. Orders- Billing

3.1
To make a purchase order must be adult.
3.2
All purchase orders must be complete in their entirety and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of products ordered. Each order constitutes a contract proposal to the customer and, therefore, will be binding on Maruelli s.a.s. only if confirmed for the same acceptance. The order by Maruelli s.a.s., equivalent to confirmation and acceptance thereof.

Maruelli s.a.s. reserves the right to not accept orders incomplete or not properly completed. In case of unavailability of products ordered, Maruelli S.a.s will soon inform the Client, refund amounts, if already paid. In this case the customer is not entitled to any refund nor indemnity or compensation. Also prices viewed at WWW.N-W-B.COM are only valid for that type of purchase and not for retail or from catalogs.
3.4
The tax records relating to the order will be issued at the time of delivery of the Products to Customer.

 

4. Shipping and delivery of Products

4.1
Normally we make the shipment of goods in stock from Tuesday to Friday (excluding holidays) within 24 hours from order receipt and delivery is made by the carrier xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx within 1-2 business days, except in the south and the islands where time could double. Delivery is expected only in the following countries: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The delivery terms refer to amagazzino products. Any delay in delivery less than than thirty days does not allow the Client to refuse the delivery of the Products, or to claim damages or compensation.

4.2

Shipments are usually within 24 working hours from the date of the order, the delivery time means working from the time of shipment and are not binding. Maruelli s.a.s not be liable for any delay or disruption in deliveries can not be attributed directly to the operator itself.

 

Once sent, the goods travel at the risk of of the customer who bought it. The insurance is used in case the goods were to be lost or damaged during the transport. In these cases the customer is entitled to a replacement or compensation for that damage.

The report of a damaged package should always be done before you pick up your order.
Upon delivery watch carefully the packaging and write ALWAYS on the transport document "WITHDRAWAL SUBJECT TO CONTROL ..." referring to any (even minimal) drilling, deformation, dent, depression, scratching, etc ...


Sometimes in fact, even small defects apparently insignificant on the casing, are witnesses of potential damage to the articles. it is mandatory to indicate the clause: ACCEPTANCE SUBJECT. The lack of the above will result, unfortunately, the lost of any right of recourse against the carrier and the insurance and then Maruelli S.a.s in such circumstances will not accept claims for goods damaged during shipment.

4.4
Maruelli s.a.s. has the right to make delivery of Products (even on the same order) in several successive shipments without additional costs within twenty working days from receipt of order.

4.5
The packaging of the goods are included in the shipping costs.

4.6
The delivery address of the products may be different from that of the customer as long as it clearly indicated on the order.

 

5. Special offers and gifts

5.1
Any special offers promoted by Maruelli s.a.s. are valid until the end of stocks and, in any case, are subject to the availability of related products. The special offers are not cumulative.

 

6. Garanzie sui Prodotti - Assistenza tecnica

6.1
Maruelli s.a.s. guarantees only the physical integrity of products upon delivery. Any faults must be reported by the customer, on pain of revocation, no later than 10 (ten) days from the delivery date. In the case of enforcement of the warranty, the customer will be entitled to the replacement of products damaged upon return of the same, being excluded the Customer's right to compensation for any further damage. The postage required the replacement of Products shall be charged to the customer.

Except as required by Article 6.1, Maruelli s.a.s. does not provide any guarantee on products additional to that provided by individual producers. Technical assistance and warranty work on products are made, where applicable, by the producers, according to the terms and conditions given in the documents provided with the Products. In particular, Maruelli S.A.S. does not give any guarantee about the compatibility of products with other products or equipment used by the customer.

Except as required by Article 6.1, Maruelli s.a.s. does not provide any guarantee on products additional to that provided by individual producers. In particular, Maruelli S.A.S. does not give any guarantee about the compatibility of products with other products or equipment used by the customer.

6.3
Excluding fraud or gross negligence of Maruelli s.a.s., is now agreed that, if found responsible for Maruelli s.a.s. in any capacity against the Customer - including the case of default, in whole or in part, the obligations assumed by the operator to the Customer by the implementation of an order - to the responsibility of the operator shall not exceed the price of products purchased by the customer.

7. Withdrawal right

7.1
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of all products, within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Returned products must not be wrapped and must keep the original packaging integrity. Under Article. 5 paragraphs 4-8 of the Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the time limit, of a written communication to the business of the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Expenses related to the return of the material supplier are fully charged to the buyer.

7.2
All returns (the material must be perfectly intact and with original packaging) must be authorized by the Maruelli s.a.s. Customer Service who will issue a Return Authorization number (RMA). After receiving the RMA number, the customer can return the product to the following address: Maruelli s.a.s., Via Polisen 30-10016 Montalto Dora - TO - Italy. They will not accept return of marking material.

7.3

After receiving the Products (and verified their integrity) Maruelli s.a.s. shall, within ten working days, we will credit the customer the cost of returned products (as indicated on the invoice), deducting the amount of shipping costs that will remain permanently charged to the customer.
7.4
The right of withdrawal can't be exercised by the customer if the Products, originally sealed, are removed from the package.


To each order confirmation is deemed to have accepted all the exposed conditions.
